Girl returns home after losing arms and legs to infection

(NECN: Scot Yount, Londonderry, NH) - Nine-year-old Bella Tucker fights the tears 7 months after being rushed to the hospital with a raging fever, a rare pneumonia, and the little girl fights for her life in a coma.  

"It has been a tough time but Bella kept us strong. When we saw what Bella going through and experienced or watched what she was going through, it was hard to complain about anything," said stepfather Peter Roarty.

Bella Tucker returned home Sunday afternoon and was welcomed by about 300 people.

LONDONDERRY — The town's generosity continues for Bella Tucker, who will be returning to her Lantern Road home on Nov. 7.

The latest fundraiser planned is a live circus with two shows on Saturday, Nov. 20, at Pinkerton Academy's Stockbridge Theatre.
